Tasting Notes:
Fermentation is done at 28 - 30¡ã C. Long maceration in vats during 3 weeks and then the wine is aged in oak barrels during 12 months. Deep ruby colour. Strong smell of red fruits spices and smoked. It is round in mouth with a powerful structure and smooth tannins.

Ideal to be served with game, red meat, or cheese.
