Tasting Notes: Ageing in French oak barrels (50% new oak) for 12 months minimum with micro-oxygenation. Intense garnet-red color. Quite intense, with notes of spices, vanilla and red berries. Powerful, full-bodied with aromas of spices, vanilla and red fruits, ending on a smooth liquorice finish.
Food Pairing: Serve with red meats, duck, and cheese. |
