Tasting Notes:
This wine is vinified in a vat at 18¡ãC, then fortified by adding alcohol at mid-fermentation in view of obtaining aromatic purity, balance and finesse, lively attack, followed by around, silky impression. An array of aromas greets the palate, combining discreet notes of star anise, orange blossom, mandarin and grapefruit peel.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with marinated fish and shellfish (turbot, monkfish, lobster, langoustine...),carpaccio, hard goat's cheese... best served chilled.
