Tasting Notes: The fermentation took place in stainless steels tanks at 28¡ãC. The wine aged 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle prior to its release. This cabernet sauvignon has a full, deep, ruby colour and an intense presence of ripe red fruit, berries, cassis aromas, and tobacco and fume character. In the palate the wine shows ripe round tannins, full body, beautiful structure, complexity and a long finish. |
