The grapes were hand picked. Matured for a period of 12 months in French oak barrels. A complex nose of chocolate and mocha aromas, combined with hints of cherry. Prominent spicy flavours. Full and round on the palate, with a soft and well-balanced aftertaste, which shows off beautiful berry tones.

The prominent nose of the wine lends itself to stand up against heavily flavoured foods. |
