Geographical Area:
AOC M¨¦doc
Alcohol: 13¡ã
Tasting Notes:
All grapes were hand picked. Matured in 100% French Oak Barrels for 16 months. This wine has been classified as a Cru Bourgeois since 1932. It shows some dominant characteristics, such as its tannins with an almost earthy fragrance. A wine with a fine ruby color, finesse, and great aging potential. No brutality in its power, but rather elegance and amazingly complex aromas followed with a terrific length.
Food Pairing:
Beautifully paired with barbecued Entrecote, roasted lamb, lamprey a la Bordelaise, strawberries, and Chocolate desserts |
