All grapes were hand picked. Matured in 100% French Oak Barrels for 12 months. This Montagne Saint-¨¦milion has charming deep aromas with a dominance of cherry and blackberry, spiced up with soft pepper notes. The palate, very fresh, surprises with its smooth tannins, which are balanced by swift intensity and a beautiful aromatic finish. The finish fades on spice, vanilla and violet flavours. This wine reveals an expert but subtle use of wood. |
