|
Grape Varietals:
100% Chardonnay
Geographical Area:
Champagne
Alcohol: 12¡ã
Tasting Notes:
The wines of Cramant come only from the vineyard of Cramant, covering 345 hectares. It's situated in the C?te des Blancs. The south/southeastern exposure of the slopes benefits the Chardonnay-a varietal which is sensitive to climatic variations and enables it to give off an aroma of white hawthorn. On the palate, the wine is delicate, crystalline and ethereal.
Food Pairing:
It goes very well with Shellfish, raw Salmon, and Coquilles Saint-Jacques. |
